It's really going to happen....

My last day at work is officially October 14th... Then the first weather window we get, we are sailing to Key West, then through the Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, down to South America and back up to Central America. We will sail for awhile then come back to the States for awhile and then head back to wherever the boat is. We plan on continuing this routine as long as we are able...

I am going to do my best to keep you informed of where we are and what we are doing via this blog. I will update as often as possible... 

Getting closer

Well, we have 23 courtesy flags, one for each of the countries we hope to visit. Cast off time will be somewhere at the end of Oct or the first of Nov. We are getting real excited. Just can't stop dreaming of pretty white sand beaches, beautiful blue water and lots of palm trees....
